Research Surveys
This page is for people taking part in the research study connected to this toolkit. Taking part is voluntary and completely separate from using the website. You can use the eLearning Course, District Profiles, and the rest of this site without participating in the study. The study has two surveys, completed in order, with an optional interview at the end. Please follow the steps below.
Before You Begin: Create Your Unique Identifier
You will enter the same identifier on both surveys so your responses can be matched while staying anonymous. Use this formula: the first letter of your mother’s first name + the number of older brothers you have (two digits, e.g., 01) + the two-digit number of the month you were born + the first letter of your middle name (use X if you have no middle name). Example: M0105A.

Step 1: Pre-Survey
Complete this first, before you review the toolkit. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes. When you finish, you will receive an access code for the post-survey.

Step 2: Review the Toolkit
After the pre-survey, work through the AZ School Bonds 101 course and explore the District Profile for your area. Then wait 48 to 72 hours before taking the post-survey.

Step 3: Post-Survey
Complete this 48 to 72 hours after the pre-survey, once you have reviewed the toolkit. You will need the access code from Step 1, and you must enter the same Unique Identifier you created earlier.
Optional: Follow-Up Interview
After the post-survey, a small number of participants are invited for a brief 15 to 20 minute interview over Zoom. Taking part is voluntary and separate from your survey responses. If you are interested, use the form below to share your contact information.
